GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN AT TRAVERTINE

Saige redefined excellence for our intern program. I immediately saw that she had a maturity and professionalism beyond her years. Accordingly, she did not receive standard intern assignments. Her first assignment was a piece of sales collateral for Neiman Marcus. Because her work is tasteful, we allowed her to design our marketing deck and advertisements for a joint venture with a magazine partner. Customers still rave about this piece. Saige is personable, respectful and confident. She will give you her honest opinion. She understands that good design and business needs must be congruent. She will take on multiple projects and not complain. She does not miss a deadline. Saige created our new 2012 Catalog by herself. She presented font, color scheme, photographs, layout and copy suggestions. At the point of a final draft, we realized a critical error in the size of the document. Saige quickly resized the entire catalog, photos and copy, without error. We will proudly present our 2012 Catalog to an international array of press, editors and on air talent at an exclusive media event during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week next month in New York.
